If the wine is left on its sediment and bottled ‘sur lie’ – off the lees – the operation enhances the fruit, adds a yeasty dimension of depth and imparts a certain liveliness and freshness.

Felt by some to be the world’s greatest Sauvignon Blanc wine, Pouilly Fumé is full of flavour and elegance.

Straw yellow appearance with golden highlights. On the nose, the wine is rich with subtle aromas of almond and acacia, complemented by fresh grape and honey notes.

Dry, fruity Rose made from Grolleau and Cabernet Franc grapes. It is rich in fruit, very supple and has a lovely dark pink colour. Presented in the original Anjou Blazon bottle.

The Petit Mouton cuvée is fruit driven, with notes of mineral freshness. It can be enjoyed on its own and with all the fish starters as well as cheeses.
