An English version of a traditional Central European Slivovitz is exceptionally distilled to capture the wonderful aroma of ripe plums in an uncommonly smooth fruit brandy.

A very interesting gin, aged for 10 months in Pedro-Ximenez sherry cask`s which gives the gin a very unique flavour profile. On the nose is fruitcake, slight pepper with some sweetness.

Vibrantly flavoursome raspberry eau-de-vie. On the nose refreshing berry notes at the fore, with a touch of tartness to it. Light earthy wafts of forests in the middle of summer behind the fruit.

Creamy vanilla and sandalwood, punctuated by vegetal basil notes. A good helping of citrus and fresh juniper keeps it sweet.

The golden rum is made in-house from scratch, using the surplus molasses from sugar production.

A dark rum with a deep rich spiciness from its double ageing in Bourbon and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.

Kirsch liqueur is a type of cherry liqueur made with distilled cherries. It is clear in colour and has a strong, characteristic flavour.

The original Limoncello di Capri, first invented in the early 1800s by Vincenza Canale, proprietor of the famous `Mariantonia` hotel on the island.

A distinctive premium liqueur made with the juices of fresh lemons from Southern Italy. Traditionally served chilled as an aperitif or drizzled over ice cream as a dessert.

A gorgeous Limoncello from Santa Marta. This is crisp, tangy and it has an incredibly fresh tasting lemon flavour. Can`t recommend it enough.
