Masthouse Grain Whisky
The English grain whisky has been distilled in a combination of pot and column stills, made in accordance to the distillery`s very own Invicta Whisky Charter. Barley, wheat, and rye are among the grains used in the whisky, adding a harmony of biscuity, creamy, spicy flavours. On the nose is toasted nuts, cinnamon porridge, and light biscuity sweetness. The palate has vanilla shortbread, nutty brown bread, mint creams, and earthy spices. The finish is soft, creamy vanilla, and herbal rye spices.
Copper Rivet Distillery
The Copper Rivet Distillery is an exciting and dynamic Medway based craft distillery. Drawing upon the area`s rich tradition of innovation and craft, the team will toil together to produce small batches of exceptional gins, whiskies and vodkas from scratch in bespoke stills, with the same skill that local craftsmen once fashioned world-class ships.
We`re the only spirit maker in Kent, and one of just a few in the UK that undertakes the complete process of brewing and distilling from grain to glass, ensuring our range of premium spirits is totally distinctive and unique
Set in the historic and magnificent Victorian Pump House No. 5, our distillery is open for tours. Come meet the team to see how we make and produce our range of spirits, explore and see firsthand the distilling process in action, play and experiment with flavour profiling in our laboratory and sup and savour some of our spirits for yourselves.
The signature long fermentation and careful distillation in the column still means it carries the distillery’s signature ultra smooth, approachable and easy drinking style bursting with natural sweetness. The grain trinity mash build with a touch of malt gives the connoisseur many layers of flavours to unpack with a beautiful, long finish. A decadent sipping whisky and bold enough to be enjoyed in an Old Fashion cocktail. Matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks.
