Son of a Gun is a grain spirit from Copper Rivet Distillery in Kent. This is soft with floral notes and flavours of tropical fruit, vanilla and honey. Excellent in cocktails. Light vanilla and raspberry, carried on quite a creamy spirit. Some hints of sharp green apple and kumquat.
A very interting spirit that would be great as the base of some cocktails.
