The windswept plains of La Mancha give our Williams Grove winemakers the best Airen and Macabeo grapes which, although not so easy to pronounce, are super easy on the palate.
Barbadillo Amontillado Sherry is a delightful light amber colour. The smooth aromas tell of ageing in wood and reveal a touch of cinnamon; these same characteristics appear on the palate.

Refreshing cava. Made with Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada grape varieties. It is not an excessively sweet cava as it only has 12 g of sugar per litre.

From Aragón, using Macabeo grapes (called Viura in Rioja), this is a deliciously soft and round wine. Though gentle in feel, it is quite full-bodied and satisfying.
