The second Whitstable Harbour Gin and recently won `Kent Spirit of the Year Award` is a delicate pink, paying homage to the cherry orchards in the Garden of England.

Nose: Sweet, floral nose with hints of barley, juniper berry and citrus. Palate: Zesty, sweet palate with barley, vanilla, hints of cardamom and fresh flowers. Finish: Soft, floral finish.

Bright strawberries, delightfully paired with peppery juniper and coriander. Subtly floral as it develops, though the wonderful strawberry brightness persists until the end.
