Chapel Down Bacchus with English sparkle is characterised by aromas of pineapple, grapefruit and elderflower. The palate is tropical and floral with a crisp texture and a refreshing finish.

The delicate character and fresh acidity of this wine makes the perfect match for seafood, such as scallops, oysters, lobster and sole.

This sparkling Rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, hand-picked from our own estate, using the classic fermentation method. It is pale salmon pink in colour with a persistent bead.

We picked the Chardonnay grapes for this wine in October 2023 from our oldest vines.

Pelegrim is a traditional bottle-ferment sparkling wine using a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 35% Meunier and 25% Chardonnay produced using 20% reserve wines from the previous 5 years, with a dosage of 8g

The Chapel Down Pinot Blanc 2021 has aromas of ripe cantaloupe melon and spring blossom. The palate is nicely balanced with flavors of apricot and toasted oats, which lead to a fresh finish.

Made using the Traditional Methos, this fruity, dry sparkling wine has aromas of lemon and candied cherries with subtle notes of fresh bread from judicious lees aging.

Aromas of passionfruit, juicy white melon and lime zest. On the palate it is full bodied and bursting with lemony citrus, peach and floral notes.

On the palate, flavours of elderflower, lime, and green apple dominate, supported by grapefruit pith, nettle, and fresh herbs.
