This indigenous grape variety reaches its bets expression in Northern Bulgaria, where this dry white wine is made from handpicked grapes, with limited yields, from the northern slopes of our vineyards

Straw yellow in colour with fruity fragrances reminiscent of Golden Delicious apples and white peaches together with delicate floral notes. On the palate it is fresh, tangy and well balanced.

The Pinot Gris grape variety was first vinified separately here in the Pfalz region, and Germany is second only to Italy in acres planted.

This dry Riesling shows excellent balance of fruitiness and acidity and is an excellent wine to enjoy as a welcome drink or to pair with fresh fish.

Handharvested and then aged in oak barrels for 12 months. This is a brilliant, fresh red wine its lively, expressive and juicy red from the lesser known region of Bierzo in North West Spain.

Bright garnet coloured wine, medium bodied, soft and harmonious with hints of chocolate, plums and vanilla.

Pleasantly structured with fruity aromas of apple and papaya and a crisp finish.

Warm and light-bodied, with forward, dark cherry fruit, a firm structure and a spicy mid-palate. Six months of barrique aging gives it a smoky depth and a nice backbone of earthy tannins.

The grapes were harvested at the ideal ripeness levels with the philosophy of minimal interference thus ensuring purity of flavour.

We have created this wine in tribute to great friendship, by pairing together perfect partners Bacchus and Ortega.

Partial oak ageing and lees stirring have been used to create complexity, body and texture in this sophisticated expression of the Bacchus grape.

A versatile white, exceptionally delicate with gorgeous mellow acidity, and light, fruity aromatics. Ripe conference pear on the nose, citrus lime and green apple on the palate.
