The wine has a vibrant light straw colour with flecks of green on the rim. `There is an abundance of quince, green apples greengage and lemongrass aromas on the nose.

Straw yellow color. The bouquet is aromatic and characteristic. Dry, pleasant and velvety with a good body on the palate.

Ripe fruits showing mineral, grapefruit pith and white peach flavours. The long and creamy palate is balanced with a crisp acidity.

With characters typical of Sauvignon Blanc from the Awatere Valley, this wine features delicious stone and citrus fruits, complemented by mouth filling minerality.
