An aromatic dry white, softly spiced on the nose with hints of flowery rose petals. Full and complex wine with a spicy dry finish.

This wine shows grapefruit, gooseberry, passionfruit and floral characters on the nose with tropical fruits, nettles and dry acidity on the palate.

This wild- ferment chardonnay has been matured on it`s lees in old French oak for nine months. The palate has more fresh apple flavours, a smooth texture and long finish.

Whole bunch pressed, this is an aromatic, crisp, dry wine offering elderflower, nettle, greengage and fragrant tropical notes. The palate is well rounded with a long finish.

The bouquet is prominent, fresh and floreal. On the palate there are some lovely citrus and tropical fruit flavours, with refreshing acidity. Perfect for drinking with seafood or as an aperitif.

Bright and bold, the flavours come bounding in, lychee and rose petals, soft spice ginger, apricots all swirling together effortlessly.
