Bright lemon in colour with pears, thyme, pine resin and lemongrass on the nose. The palate has an oily character but with zingy lemon acidity on the finish.

The 2018 vintage has a deep garnet colour in the glass with dried cherries and mature red fruits on the nose.

Fresh fruit flavours perfectly balanced by a racy acidity and a lot of mineral character.

Coming from the area around Piesport, the wine is delicate, light and fruity.

Gewürztraminer – small berries of red color produce premium qualities due to very limited yields. The wine is always white. Grown since 1500 A.D. Delicate fragrance of rose pedals and spices.

This blend of Viognier, Vermentino and Chardonnay shows hints of pear and gooseberry on the palate with a silky texture and dry, refreshing finish.

The Villa Wolf Pinot Noir Rosé is a true rosé, made with a brief maceration before pressing to extract color.

Warm and light-bodied, with forward, dark cherry fruit, a firm structure and a spicy mid-palate. Six months of barrique aging gives it a smoky depth and a nice backbone of earthy tannins.

The grapes were harvested at the ideal ripeness levels with the philosophy of minimal interference thus ensuring purity of flavour.
