This sparkling white wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes hand-picked from our own estate in late September 2018.

Whole bunch pressed, this is a fresh, crisp wine with a delicate bouquet of white blossom and a rich palate of pear and green apple with spicy undertones.

This sparkling Rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, hand-picked from our own estate, using the classic fermentation method. It is pale salmon pink in colour with a persistent bead.

The aromatics are savoury and significant while ethereal at the same time. A deep spicy earthy undertone in the nose of the wine features ripe strawberries, cherries and dark earth tones.

On the palate, flavours of elderflower, lime, and green apple dominate, supported by grapefruit pith, nettle, and fresh herbs.

Classically Kentish on the nose, with ripe apple and pear, zesty lemon, hints of peach and just a touch of vanilla.

Clean and fresh on the nose, with a touch of cherry. Delicate and refreshing on the palate, with medium acidity balanced by notes of ripe strawberries and red currants.

We have created this wine in tribute to great friendship, by pairing together perfect partners Bacchus and Ortega.

Winemaking notes This off-dry rosé has been created to appeal to a broad range of palates. Ruby pink in colour, the nose evokes springtime English hedgerows in full bloom.

Partial oak ageing and lees stirring have been used to create complexity, body and texture in this sophisticated expression of the Bacchus grape.

A versatile white, exceptionally delicate with gorgeous mellow acidity, and light, fruity aromatics. Ripe conference pear on the nose, citrus lime and green apple on the palate.

A fresh fruit driven Chardonnay. Pale lemon in colour with delicate citrus blossom on the nose. Subtle hints of honeysuckle and brioche underlined with a fresh dose of Flint minerality.

We picked the Chardonnay grapes for this wine in October 2023 from our oldest vines.
