Chapel Down Bacchus with English sparkle is characterised by aromas of pineapple, grapefruit and elderflower. The palate is tropical and floral with a crisp texture and a refreshing finish.

The Chapel Down Pinot Blanc 2021 has aromas of ripe cantaloupe melon and spring blossom. The palate is nicely balanced with flavors of apricot and toasted oats, which lead to a fresh finish.

This wild- ferment chardonnay has been matured on it`s lees in old French oak for nine months. The palate has more fresh apple flavours, a smooth texture and long finish.

Crisp and fresh notes of raspberries, strawberries and cream.

Whole bunch pressed, this is a fresh, crisp wine with a delicate bouquet of white blossom and a rich palate of pear and green apple with spicy undertones.

This sparkling Rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, hand-picked from our own estate, using the classic fermentation method. It is pale salmon pink in colour with a persistent bead.

Made from 100% Merlot grapes from a vineyard located in Sainte Colombe in Bordeaux, France. A 2020 vintage, recommended serving is slightly chilled.

Translucent green to slight hints of straw in the glass. One the nose, notes of white blossom, bath salts, hints of mixed spice with green apple, lemon and lime.

The Delheim Rosé is a dr y style that reveals the elegant side of Pinotage. The colour is a pale salmon pink with the nose showcasing bright red fr uit and vibrant acidity.

From Aragón, using Macabeo grapes (called Viura in Rioja), this is a deliciously soft and round wine. Though gentle in feel, it is quite full-bodied and satisfying.

Beautifully garnet/magenta in color, this wine typifies early release Gamay wines with crunchy red fruit tones and just enough garrigue to satisfy the boldest of Gamay lovers.

A pale yellow Champagne with hints of green, a bright bouquet of floral, fruity pastel tones which unfold into candied fruit, ripe hay and toasted notes, with hints of liquorice.

Francois Cartier Touraine Sauvignon Blanc is juicy and fresh on the palate with sharp acidity and terroir-driven fruit.

This sparkling white is pale yellow in colour with predominantly white flesh fruits including pear and apple on the nose. The texture has generous bubbles and the finish is finely fruity.

Deliciously light strawberry and raspberry fruit excite your palate and the underlying hints of lime and watermelon balance the taste perfectly.

Delicate white flowers and orange blossoms aromas with a touch of exotic fruit on the palate. Crisp and fresh with a citrusy finish. Focused, ripe and mineral, very rounded and lengthy.

This Vermentino (60%) Viognier (40%) blend is pale yellow in colour is elegant and brilliant.

A pretty, quite pale pink colour with restrained redcurrant and raspberry pip aromatics with ripe, succulent strawberry notes on the finish. Lovely and fresh with delicate red berry fruits.

Medium bodied wine from South Eastern Australia with lovely lemon and lime flavours.
