Handharvested and then aged in oak barrels for 12 months. This is a brilliant, fresh red wine its lively, expressive and juicy red from the lesser known region of Bierzo in North West Spain.

The grapes were harvested at the ideal ripeness levels with the philosophy of minimal interference thus ensuring purity of flavour.

Our Westwell Ortega is fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to retain freshness and purity of the fruit.
