An elegant, poised Chardonnay. Bright lemon citrus with hints of juicy, fresh mango and pineapple at the core. The nose is subtle and refined, not overt.

Concentrated, fine, characterful White Pinot. Subtle violet aromatic notes sit over red apple, bramble and strawberry fruit character.

A blend of the five white varieties of Champagne; Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Arbanne and Petite Meslier.

Classic cool climate Pinot Noir, delicately aromatic with Red berry fruits, cherry, raspberry and spicy vanilla with soft but firm tannins.

Winemaker Owen has long wanted to explore the potential for English still rosés, when the wine is given time to develop.

A dry, refreshing still English Rosé with joyful notes of bright peach, warm cranberry and mulled spice.

If the wine is left on its sediment and bottled ‘sur lie’ – off the lees – the operation enhances the fruit, adds a yeasty dimension of depth and imparts a certain liveliness and freshness.

Straw yellow appearance with golden highlights. On the nose, the wine is rich with subtle aromas of almond and acacia, complemented by fresh grape and honey notes.

An authentic, crisp bouquet of spring flowers and fruit, with a precise minerality that is rare to find, opens in an elegant, harmonious way to reveal a joyful, lively and youthful character.

Distinctly nutty with grilled nuts, toasted chestnuts and citrus fresh lemon acidity. This is focused and still youthful but with complexing development.

The Petit Mouton cuvée is fruit driven, with notes of mineral freshness. It can be enjoyed on its own and with all the fish starters as well as cheeses.

Layerd and textured. Tropical fruits and some peach and apricot fruit too. Long finish and very gastronomic.

Aromatic notes of quince, nectarine, and a hint of citrus. Subtle on the palate, the wine unfolds with soft tannins and marked acidity, creating a well-balanced profile.

This is the rosé of Northern Italy par excellence: an ideal wine for summer, fresh but not lacking in structure and flavor.
