Named after the producer`s eldest daughter, Skye, this wine is made predominantly from the finest Chardonnay grapes grown on the estate.

The White` is a stylish and vibrant blend of Bacchus and Pinot Blanc grapes handpicked from Balfour’s own Kentish vineyards.

Leslie’s Reserve Brut is a classic English traditional method sparkling wine. This is an elegant and pure wine with a linear focus and fresh acidity.

This wine shows grapefruit, gooseberry, passionfruit and floral characters on the nose with tropical fruits, nettles and dry acidity on the palate.

This wild- ferment chardonnay has been matured on it`s lees in old French oak for nine months. The palate has more fresh apple flavours, a smooth texture and long finish.

Vino Spumante Dry, Botter. Fresh, dry Italian sparkling wine, pale gold in colour with a bouquet of pear drops, lemon and melon. The palate is light and fresh with a clean finish.

This Prosecco has aromas of white blossoms and golden delicious apples, with velvety bubbles on the palate and flavours of apple and pear.

We picked the Chardonnay grapes for this wine in October 2023 from our oldest vines.
