No Lemon, No Melon is made from 100% Merlot grapes from their vineyard located in Sainte Colombe in Bordeaux.

Chapel Down Bacchus with English sparkle is characterised by aromas of pineapple, grapefruit and elderflower. The palate is tropical and floral with a crisp texture and a refreshing finish.

Light yellow with bright reflections. The nose is fresh and lemony composed of floral aromas which are released subtly.

This sparkling white is pale yellow in colour with predominantly white flesh fruits including pear and apple on the nose. The texture has generous bubbles and the finish is finely fruity.

We picked the Chardonnay grapes for this wine in October 2023 from our oldest vines.

Pelegrim is a traditional bottle-ferment sparkling wine using a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 35% Meunier and 25% Chardonnay produced using 20% reserve wines from the previous 5 years, with a dosage of 8g

Flinty, smoky, with notes of fresh green grass and wild flowers, this wine is reminiscent of dry Vouvray or Anjou Blanc with all the impressive acidity of Loire Valley Chenin.

Tropical aromas dominated by pineapple and mango. The palate is tart and piquant but very rich, complex and persistent. A good pairing with fresh fruit or fruit-based desserts and strong cheeses.
