White Wine

Flinty, smoky, with notes of fresh green grass and wild flowers, this wine is reminiscent of dry Vouvray or Anjou Blanc with all the impressive acidity of Loire Valley Chenin.

Tropical notes of white pear, guava and kiwifruit, a crisp palate with a zestyfinish

Quince, dried apricot and citrus wit h hints of fynbos and ginger. Barrel fermented and matured for 5 months with a 10% amphora componet.

Displays notes of white peach and zippy citrus aromas with delicate apple fruit on the palate balanced by crisp acidity.

The Chapel Down Pinot Blanc 2021 has aromas of ripe cantaloupe melon and spring blossom. The palate is nicely balanced with flavors of apricot and toasted oats, which lead to a fresh finish.
