Named after the producer`s eldest daughter, Skye, this wine is made predominantly from the finest Chardonnay grapes grown on the estate.

The White` is a stylish and vibrant blend of Bacchus and Pinot Blanc grapes handpicked from Balfour’s own Kentish vineyards.

This wine shows grapefruit, gooseberry, passionfruit and floral characters on the nose with tropical fruits, nettles and dry acidity on the palate.

Dry, fresh and floral on the palate with crisp aromas of ripe apple, grass and citrus zest.

This wild- ferment chardonnay has been matured on it`s lees in old French oak for nine months. The palate has more fresh apple flavours, a smooth texture and long finish.

Whole bunch pressed, this is an aromatic, crisp, dry wine offering elderflower, nettle, greengage and fragrant tropical notes. The palate is well rounded with a long finish.

It has intense aromas of tropical fruits and peaches and on the palate is refreshing and well balanced with a lingering finish.

Straw yellow in colour with fruity fragrances reminiscent of Golden Delicious apples and white peaches together with delicate floral notes. On the palate it is fresh, tangy and well balanced.

A crisp and fresh Pecorino from Abruzzo; lemon-green in colour with blossom and grapefruit aromas on the nose.

The bouquet is prominent, fresh and floreal. On the palate there are some lovely citrus and tropical fruit flavours, with refreshing acidity. Perfect for drinking with seafood or as an aperitif.

Light pale straw colour with extremely fragrant aromas of tropical fruit, pineapple and herbaceous notes.

We picked the Chardonnay grapes for this wine in October 2023 from our oldest vines.

A fragrant and fruity wine, straw yellow in colour with aromas of acacia blossom and a hint of pears. It is an easy drinking wine, fresh and intense and with excellent balance.
