White Wine

An organic Spanish white wine from the Almansa region using grapes from the high altitude Venta la Vega vineyards 850m above sea level.

A vibrant, refreshing wine with lovely aromas of crisp green apples complemented by a soft, round palate which is clean and dry on the finish.

Pale yellow with greenish reflections, clean and bright. Ripe white fruit, citrus and floral background, touches of fennel and jasmine. On the palate it is fresh, slightly fruity and silky.

Round, creamy and fleshy but still with a lively acidity, this is no vanilla bomb. The tropical and stone fruit come first followed by the signature texture and feel. Get the sushi out!
