White Wine

Coming from the area around Piesport, the wine is delicate, light and fruity.

100% Chardonnay with a pale yellow colour and fruity aromas of apple and papaya. Fresh flavour with medium balanced body and a clean finish.

A light coloured wine with an elegant and delicate nose of gooseberry and grapefruit. It has a bright, fresh palate and a clean, crisp finish.

A refreshing wine with gooseberry hints, delicate citrus notes and a nice crisp acidity.

The wine’s intense nose of green apples, lime and acacia flower is confirmed by it’s fresh mouth and crisp body, finalising with pleasing citrus flavours.

Gewürztraminer – small berries of red color produce premium qualities due to very limited yields. The wine is always white. Grown since 1500 A.D. Delicate fragrance of rose pedals and spices.

Attractive aromas of toast, spice, vanilla and tropical fruit. This is a well-structured, full bodied white with a rounded, textured, buttery mouthfeel balanced by citrus acidity.

The grapes were harvested at the ideal ripeness levels with the philosophy of minimal interference thus ensuring purity of flavour.

This blend of Viognier, Vermentino and Chardonnay shows hints of pear and gooseberry on the palate with a silky texture and dry, refreshing finish.

Bright lemon in colour with pears, thyme, pine resin and lemongrass on the nose. The palate has an oily character but with zingy lemon acidity on the finish.

Elegantly structured, with pronounced mineral character imparted by the slate rich soil in which the grapes are grown, hints of yeasty notes

Fresh fruit flavours perfectly balanced by a racy acidity and a lot of mineral character.

The Pinot Gris grape variety was first vinified separately here in the Pfalz region, and Germany is second only to Italy in acres planted.
