White Wine

Fresh green apple aromas with notes of grapefruit, lime and honeysuckle. The palate is lightly honeyed, yet fresh and crisp with citrus flavours, almond notes, and minerality on the finish.

Coming from the area around Piesport, the wine is delicate, light and fruity.

Dry and zippy, this is a very bright, citrussy, steely dry riesling with a beautifully firm, taut flavour of lime and green apple with an attractive note of orange zest on the nose.

The grapes were harvested at the ideal ripeness levels with the philosophy of minimal interference thus ensuring purity of flavour.

Elegantly structured, with pronounced mineral character imparted by the slate rich soil in which the grapes are grown, hints of yeasty notes

Fresh fruit flavours perfectly balanced by a racy acidity and a lot of mineral character.

Translucent green to slight hints of straw in the glass. One the nose, notes of white blossom, bath salts, hints of mixed spice with green apple, lemon and lime.
