White Wine

The White` is a stylish and vibrant blend of Bacchus and Pinot Blanc grapes handpicked from Balfour’s own Kentish vineyards.

This wine shows grapefruit, gooseberry, passionfruit and floral characters on the nose with tropical fruits, nettles and dry acidity on the palate.

Dry, fresh and floral on the palate with crisp aromas of ripe apple, grass and citrus zest.

A wine to accompany English summers and alfresco dining. Bacchus is a distinctive, bright and fresh variety.

A sumptuous wine to sip and savour. Stone and citrus fruit aromas leading to a dry fresh palate, light oak influence and a pearly finish.

From Aragón, using Macabeo grapes (called Viura in Rioja), this is a deliciously soft and round wine. Though gentle in feel, it is quite full-bodied and satisfying.

A vibrant, refreshing wine with lovely aromas of crisp green apples complemented by a soft, round palate which is clean and dry on the finish.

Pale yellow with green hints. Tropical fruit, fresh and long-lasting on palate.

Pale yellow with golden reflections. Armoas of ripe fruit (peach, apricot, guava), white flowers and spices (ginger, white pepper) and a hint of butter. Powerful, sweet & broad on the palate.

On the palate, flavours of elderflower, lime, and green apple dominate, supported by grapefruit pith, nettle, and fresh herbs.

This 100% Pinot Blanc is an exciting wine with a complex nose of cake batter and jasmine. On the palate, white pears balance with the soft, oak-imparted, notes of lightly toasted almonds.

This dry wine strike the perfect balance between a rich Alsatain Pinot Gris and the lighter Pinot Grigios of Northern Italy to create a beautifully fresh, but succulent and flavourful wine.

Partial oak ageing and lees stirring have been used to create complexity, body and texture in this sophisticated expression of the Bacchus grape.

A fresh fruit driven Chardonnay. Pale lemon in colour with delicate citrus blossom on the nose. Subtle hints of honeysuckle and brioche underlined with a fresh dose of Flint minerality.

Classically Kentish on the nose, with ripe apple and pear, zesty lemon, hints of peach and just a touch of vanilla.

Generous in white fruit, peaches, citrus and a hint of green apples in the nose. Good attack in the mouth, crispy, dry and tangy, great acidity with hints of ripe melon in the aftertaste.
