An aroma of fruit driven style with peach, hints of citrus as well as creaminess. On the palate is expresses both intensity and delicacy.

Quince, dried apricot and citrus wit h hints of fynbos and ginger. Barrel fermented and matured for 5 months with a 10% amphora componet.

A complex array of wild fermentation characteristics are ever present in this edition of the Delheim Wild Ferment.

The wine showcases a light vibrant golden colour with citrus and stone fruit on the nose and subtle oak spice.
