White Wine

A refreshingly crisp and fresh wine, with an aromatic vibrant style and concentrated flavours of gooseberry, passion fruit and zesty citrus.

The balance of the fresh citrus fruits and rich melon characters give the wine a full rounded palate that combines well with the subtle creaminess and nuttiness of the gentle oak.

Quite a golden colour with appealing aromas and flavours of toffee, butterscotch, a sprinkling of white pepper and ripe stone fruits.

The wine has a vibrant light straw colour with flecks of green on the rim. `There is an abundance of quince, green apples greengage and lemongrass aromas on the nose.

Quince, dried apricot and citrus wit h hints of fynbos and ginger. Barrel fermented and matured for 5 months with a 10% amphora componet.

Clean and fruity well-structured wine. Well-balanced and strongly fruity taste: clear citrussy notes of citron and lime with a slightly balsamic aftertaste

The wine showcases a light vibrant golden colour with citrus and stone fruit on the nose and subtle oak spice.

Straw yellow, pleasant perfume with a light note of fruits and citron. In the mouth it has good acidity, balanced with a good structure and a sustained alcohol content.
