White Wine

The White` is a stylish and vibrant blend of Bacchus and Pinot Blanc grapes handpicked from Balfour’s own Kentish vineyards.

Whole bunch pressed, this is an aromatic, crisp, dry wine offering elderflower, nettle, greengage and fragrant tropical notes. The palate is well rounded with a long finish.

Light and fresh with zesty crispy acidity and attractive notes of lemon and lime. Lean and refreshing this would be perfect with seafood or white fish.

Rich golden orange colour; the perfume on the nose offers fresh aromas of citrus pith, lemon and lime; medium-bodied with a lush, creamy palate of tropical and candied fruits.

A vibrant, refreshing wine with lovely aromas of crisp green apples complemented by a soft, round palate which is clean and dry on the finish.

Archetypal crisp light white wine from Basque country. Herbaceous green notes (lime, apple, pear) with ozone-like salinity. Signature Txakoli spritz on the pallet.

This Prosecco has aromas of white blossoms and golden delicious apples, with velvety bubbles on the palate and flavours of apple and pear.

Crisp and refreshing with classic characters of pear on the nose. Vibrant natural acidity leads through to a palate packed with citrus fruit flavours and a long satisfying finish.

Greenish yellow, bright with fine natural bubble. Citrus and fresh apple aromas, and mineral notes. In the mouth, it is fresh and fruity, with characteristic acidity and light carbon.

Icing is a method used widely in wine-making, and now introduced to cider from our beautiful Devon orchards.

Straw-coloured or golden, finos have a spicy, delicate aroma reminiscent of almonds, and are dry and light in the mouth.

Medium maroon with an amber edge, the nose is packed with figs, dark chocolate, roasted coffee and cigar box aromas.

Dry, fresh and vivacious with zesty aromatics and a tropical fruit palate. Wonderful depth of flavour and a zippy finish. Colombard 75%, Ugni Blanc 25%.

The grapes were harvested at the ideal ripeness levels with the philosophy of minimal interference thus ensuring purity of flavour.
