Named after the producer`s eldest daughter, Skye, this wine is made predominantly from the finest Chardonnay grapes grown on the estate.

A wine to accompany English summers and alfresco dining. Bacchus is a distinctive, bright and fresh variety.

Fresh green apple aromas with notes of grapefruit, lime and honeysuckle. The palate is lightly honeyed, yet fresh and crisp with citrus flavours, almond notes, and minerality on the finish.

Light pale straw colour with extremely fragrant aromas of tropical fruit, pineapple and herbaceous notes.

We picked the Chardonnay grapes for this wine in October 2023 from our oldest vines.

Medium bodied wine from South Eastern Australia with lovely lemon and lime flavours.

A beautiful pure fruit expression and linear acidity that are the hallmarks of great age worthy Hunter Semillon wines. Impressive crunchy apple and lime fruit.

Easy drinking and full of flavour, fresh citrus and tropical fruits dominate the palate, with notes of black pepper and lime pairing with a crisp, mouth watering acidity.

Subtle notes of nuts and grapefruit on the nose with an elegant, refreshing palate of lemon, a suggestion of apricot kernel and a streak of acidity on the finish.
