White Wine

Named after the producer`s eldest daughter, Skye, this wine is made predominantly from the finest Chardonnay grapes grown on the estate.

Fresh green apple aromas with notes of grapefruit, lime and honeysuckle. The palate is lightly honeyed, yet fresh and crisp with citrus flavours, almond notes, and minerality on the finish.

Light pale straw colour with extremely fragrant aromas of tropical fruit, pineapple and herbaceous notes.

Yellow color with green layers. Complex and intense aroma of peach and citrus fruits (tangerine) with a hint of apple and tropical aromas.

Chapel Down Bacchus with English sparkle is characterised by aromas of pineapple, grapefruit and elderflower. The palate is tropical and floral with a crisp texture and a refreshing finish.

Unique bitter-orange with natural extracts from hand-picked orange peels, herbs and spices.

Light yellow with bright reflections. The nose is fresh and lemony composed of floral aromas which are released subtly.

This sparkling white is pale yellow in colour with predominantly white flesh fruits including pear and apple on the nose. The texture has generous bubbles and the finish is finely fruity.

Fresh, delicate, slightly sweet, intensely fruity and with a typical scent of acacia honey, abundant and evanescent foam.

A light straw yellow with fine persistent perlage and a fine fragrance that recalls wisteria and acacia flowers. A delicate wine slightly smooth and particularly fruity.

Vino Spumante Dry, Botter. Fresh, dry Italian sparkling wine, pale gold in colour with a bouquet of pear drops, lemon and melon. The palate is light and fresh with a clean finish.

Extra dry, fruity Italian sparkling wine with good intensity.

Spumante extra dry. Off-dry with a touch of acacia honey and white pears, fresh citrus acid and a lively mousse.

We picked the Chardonnay grapes for this wine in October 2023 from our oldest vines.

Medium bodied wine from South Eastern Australia with lovely lemon and lime flavours.

A beautiful pure fruit expression and linear acidity that are the hallmarks of great age worthy Hunter Semillon wines. Impressive crunchy apple and lime fruit.

Refreshing cava. Made with Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada grape varieties. It is not an excessively sweet cava as it only has 12 g of sugar per litre.

An elegant, refreshing and unwooded dry white with tropical tones of guava and melon.

Attractive aromas of toast, spice, vanilla and tropical fruit. This is a well-structured, full bodied white with a rounded, textured, buttery mouthfeel balanced by citrus acidity.

Youthful, fresh and lightly floral with notes of violets and citrus; lemon and lime.
