White Wine

The White` is a stylish and vibrant blend of Bacchus and Pinot Blanc grapes handpicked from Balfour’s own Kentish vineyards.

Whole bunch pressed, this is an aromatic, crisp, dry wine offering elderflower, nettle, greengage and fragrant tropical notes. The palate is well rounded with a long finish.

Light and fresh with zesty crispy acidity and attractive notes of lemon and lime. Lean and refreshing this would be perfect with seafood or white fish.

Rich golden orange colour; the perfume on the nose offers fresh aromas of citrus pith, lemon and lime; medium-bodied with a lush, creamy palate of tropical and candied fruits.

A vibrant, refreshing wine with lovely aromas of crisp green apples complemented by a soft, round palate which is clean and dry on the finish.

Archetypal crisp light white wine from Basque country. Herbaceous green notes (lime, apple, pear) with ozone-like salinity. Signature Txakoli spritz on the pallet.

An aroma of fruit driven style with peach, hints of citrus as well as creaminess. On the palate is expresses both intensity and delicacy.

Light straw yellow; fine and persistent perlage. Elegant, fine, delicate with perfumes of white flowers. Delicate, fresh and very mineral.

This pale yellow sparkling is elegant and crisp, with a fruity bouquet of citrus and tropical fruits. The palate is mellow and textured, and shows an amazing harmony between all aspects of the wine.

Pasqua. Extra dry, fruity Italian sparkling wine with good intensity.

A light straw yellow with fine persistent perlage and a fine fragrance that recalls wisteria and acacia flowers. A delicate wine slightly smooth and particularly fruity.

Vino Spumante Dry, Botter. Fresh, dry Italian sparkling wine, pale gold in colour with a bouquet of pear drops, lemon and melon. The palate is light and fresh with a clean finish.

Extra dry, fruity Italian sparkling wine with good intensity.

Spumante extra dry. Off-dry with a touch of acacia honey and white pears, fresh citrus acid and a lively mousse.

This Prosecco has aromas of white blossoms and golden delicious apples, with velvety bubbles on the palate and flavours of apple and pear.

We picked the Chardonnay grapes for this wine in October 2023 from our oldest vines.

A beautiful pure fruit expression and linear acidity that are the hallmarks of great age worthy Hunter Semillon wines. Impressive crunchy apple and lime fruit.

Crisp and refreshing with classic characters of pear on the nose. Vibrant natural acidity leads through to a palate packed with citrus fruit flavours and a long satisfying finish.

Medium maroon with an amber edge, the nose is packed with figs, dark chocolate, roasted coffee and cigar box aromas.

Dry, fresh and vivacious with zesty aromatics and a tropical fruit palate. Wonderful depth of flavour and a zippy finish. Colombard 75%, Ugni Blanc 25%.

The grapes were harvested at the ideal ripeness levels with the philosophy of minimal interference thus ensuring purity of flavour.

A dry, fresh, fruity and light wine with mineral notes.

Bright lemon-green in colour. This wine is intense and fruity, with lovely fresh tropical fruit and grapefruit aromas. The taste is very refreshing on the palate. The finish is unctuous and fruity.

Crisp yet delicate with aromas of peach and pear. Delicately fruity, well-balanced and light-bodied. Refreshing, delicious and lingering finish.
