Rose Wine

Winemaker Owen has long wanted to explore the potential for English still rosés, when the wine is given time to develop.

Bright strawberry, crunchy watermelon and dry chalk. Lovely ripe and aromatic yet still quite focussed and tart.

This sparkling Rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, hand-picked from our own estate, using the classic fermentation method. It is pale salmon pink in colour with a persistent bead.

Smoked salmon in colour with aromas of red fruits and strawberries and a light, refreshing taste.

Dry, fruity, deep coloured Rose, showing prominent cherry character and a lovely balancing acidity that gives a refreshing clean finish.

This unoaked wine is produced in a Rosé style with a fresh, fruity palate.

The Villa Wolf Pinot Noir Rosé is a true rosé, made with a brief maceration before pressing to extract color.

A dry Pinotage Rose with hints of strawberries bursting forth on the nose, accompanied by subtle undertones of rose petals.

The Delheim Rosé is a dr y style that reveals the elegant side of Pinotage. The colour is a pale salmon pink with the nose showcasing bright red fr uit and vibrant acidity.

Concentrated, bright, characterful rosé. Opulent cranberry, raspberry and ginge r aromas. The nose is vibrant and engaging. The palate adds peachy fruit and subtle vanilla pod complexity.

Fresh, elegant and thoughtful. Creamy-textured layers of red and yellow stone fruit. Bright red strawberries, young cherries, freshly cut mango and ripening banana.
