Red Wine

The aromatics are savoury and significant while ethereal at the same time. A deep spicy earthy undertone in the nose of the wine features ripe strawberries, cherries and dark earth tones.

Mineral driven and anchored in classic Cab Franc tones. The wine is showing anise, raspberry and black tea leaf notes we tend to coax each vintage.

A wonderful dry farmed Carignan from Wellington, South Africa. It’s spicy as you would expect, but fruit driven that pairs wonderfully well with a hearty stew.

These cinsault grapes are from right on the border between Paarl and Swartland and come from vineyard born in the early 1990’s.

Beautifully garnet/magenta in color, this wine typifies early release Gamay wines with crunchy red fruit tones and just enough garrigue to satisfy the boldest of Gamay lovers.
