Red Wine

Classic cool climate Pinot Noir, delicately aromatic with Red berry fruits, cherry, raspberry and spicy vanilla with soft but firm tannins.

A blend of the five white varieties of Champagne; Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Arbanne and Petite Meslier.

A bright and juicy English red bursting with fruit, subtle oak and spice. A flexible pairing partner from lamb chops and barbeque to mushroom and goats cheese.

A rich, full-bodied wine with hints of black cherry and cassis. Different blocks were fermented separately to preserve ideal characteristics of each.

The aromatics are savoury and significant while ethereal at the same time. A deep spicy earthy undertone in the nose of the wine features ripe strawberries, cherries and dark earth tones.

Mineral driven and anchored in classic Cab Franc tones. The wine is showing anise, raspberry and black tea leaf notes we tend to coax each vintage.

An indulgent blend of fortified Tempranillo red wine and premium chocolate flavour. Its bold cherry fruit flavour is enveloped in rich overtones of premium chocolate.

Revealing blackberry and blackcurrant aromas with a trace of liquorice and the signature Graham’s mint and eucalyptus.

Kopke LBV is an elegant and intensely aromatic Port wine.

A vivid orangey-brown colour. On the nose, it reveals aromas of ripe and honeyed fruit combined with fragrant notes of vanilla. A smooth and round palate, full of rich and enveloping flavours.

Dense ruby black centre with a narrow brick rim and cerise highlights on the edge.

This beautiful shimmering Ruby Port is produced by Bara de Vilar.

Deep purple colour, so dark it’s almost blue/black. This is a wine of great vigour with excellent fruit aromas of plums and cassis.
