Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes and aged for a minimum of 5 years produces this salmon-pink Champagne. The nose is precise and very crisp with a lasting impression of freshness, and hints of soft red fruits, such as strawberries, redcurrants, raspberries and black cherries. The palate has intensely fruity flavours of fresh strawberries, raspberries and wild cherries. It has great length and is rounded and supple on the finish.
