Gayda Sphere Syrah 2022
Deep red colour with purplish highlights. The remarkably complex nose offers fruity notes (blueberry, blackcurrant…) and floral notes (violet, peony) followed by scents of black pepper and liquorice. The palate is fullbodied and well-balanced, harmonising the fruity aromas found on the nose with pepper and hints of vegetation. The tannins, still young, give structure to the palate. A rich wine with a long finish.
