Chateau Cissac is in the heart of the Medoc region. The wine is classically Cabernet Sauvignon which gives flavours of cassis and cigar box shavings, whilst the addition of Petit Verdot and Merlot adds plummy and perfumed fruit flavours. The wine is aged for 20 months in barrels with 40% new oak.
