2017 was Hush Heath’s first ever vintage of Bacchus, a Germanic grape variety valued for its relatively early-ripening. Grapes from the Estate’s Foxridge vineyard (planted in 2015) were hand-picked and pressed by our very own Wine Club members on 23rd September.
