Sparkling Wines

Ernest Remy is a small producer crafting wines in the Grand Cru of Mailly-Champagne.

This sparkling Rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, hand-picked from our own estate, using the classic fermentation method. It is pale salmon pink in colour with a persistent bead.

Made using the Traditional Methos, this fruity, dry sparkling wine has aromas of lemon and candied cherries with subtle notes of fresh bread from judicious lees aging.

A crisp, Traditional Method English sparkling wine. Gentle florals & ripe lemon on the nose leading to a fresh citrus and pear drop finish.
