An English version of a traditional Central European Slivovitz is exceptionally distilled to capture the wonderful aroma of ripe plums in an uncommonly smooth fruit brandy.

A very interesting gin, aged for 10 months in Pedro-Ximenez sherry cask`s which gives the gin a very unique flavour profile. On the nose is fruitcake, slight pepper with some sweetness.

Vibrantly flavoursome raspberry eau-de-vie. On the nose refreshing berry notes at the fore, with a touch of tartness to it. Light earthy wafts of forests in the middle of summer behind the fruit.

Creamy vanilla and sandalwood, punctuated by vegetal basil notes. A good helping of citrus and fresh juniper keeps it sweet.

The golden rum is made in-house from scratch, using the surplus molasses from sugar production.

A dark rum with a deep rich spiciness from its double ageing in Bourbon and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.

A Mexican coffee liqueur, Kahlúa is made with sugar, corn syrup, vanilla beans and coffee. Dense coffee notes, familiar bittersweet hints with a smidge of earthy richness.

Madre Mezcal is produced by the Morales family in Oaxaca, using a cracking combination of Espadín and Cuishe agave, cooked over hot stone in earthen pits and crushed with a stone tahona wheel.

The Madre Mezcal range is now home to a single agave variety expression!
