An English version of a traditional Central European Slivovitz is exceptionally distilled to capture the wonderful aroma of ripe plums in an uncommonly smooth fruit brandy.

A very interesting gin, aged for 10 months in Pedro-Ximenez sherry cask`s which gives the gin a very unique flavour profile. On the nose is fruitcake, slight pepper with some sweetness.
