A long-standing well renowned gin, classic in it`s style and the original gin from it`s distillery. The nose has juniper berry and lemon oil at the front with some dried herbs and fennel.

A mix of heavy bodied Wedderburn style rum and medium bodied Plummer, Smith and Cross is an excellent Jamaican rum that`s making waves in the bar world.

Juicy blackcurrant and a smidge of raspberry brightness, with whiffs of vanilla blossom developing alongside earthy juniper spiciness.

Waxy citrus peels and bright juniper meld with lots of sweet, tropical, and slightly tart pineapple flavours.

Not quite as sweet as you`d expect, though the raspberry fruitiness does stand out. Caraway, thyme, coriander and a touch of hibiscus appear along the way.
