Distilled in a marvellously compact pot/column still combo named Prudence, Sipsmith epitomises distilling on a truly artisanal scale.

On the nose is rounded sweetness of ripe grapefruit and rhubarb, punctuated by a kick of peppery juniper.

This is a true rhubarb gin, as one third of the bottle is actually freshly pressed rhubarb juice!

The second Whitstable Harbour Gin and recently won `Kent Spirit of the Year Award` is a delicate pink, paying homage to the cherry orchards in the Garden of England.
