A floral driven gin on the nose with heather, citrus blossom and juniper. The palate is orange oil, rosemary and some sweetness of heather honey.

Fireball is made with Canadian whisky and natural cinnamon flavours. It`s certainly very cinnamony, and it`s not too sweet, which is a plus.

A different expression from Hendricks, Lunar has softer pepper, lavender, hibiscus on the nose. With spicy, mellow juniper, lemongrass and rosewater on the palate.

Fresh gorse and earthy juniper, fragrant hints of rose, subtly savoury at points, before sweet hints of citrus arrive on the finish.

Hendrick`s Orbium is what`s known as a quininated gin, as it was distilled with additional extracts of quinine, wormwood and blue lotus blossom.

This snazzy bottle of brandy is courtesy of Seven Tails, and the expression blends together Cognac, Armagnac and a mysterious French brandy from an undisclosed location.

A creamy, sweet liqueur made with a combination of Black Irish whiskey, Irish spirit, caramel and vanilla.
