Union Spice & Sea Salt Rum
A botanical rum from the Spirited Union Distillery over in Amsterdam, this Spice & Sea Salt expression combines just that. The rum base is infused with Guatemalan cardamom, Madagascan clove and vanilla, Peruvian cacao and finally, sea salt from the Salt Valley of Añana in the Basque Country. Well balanced sweet, spicy and salty notes, with a citrus and floral start fading into sweet vanilla, aromatic spices and a somewhat nutty finish.
Best served with a mixer.
