Tarquins Figgy Pudding Gin
A seasonal gin with the base spirit being Tarquins Dry Gin, with dried fig, fresh clementine zest, seasonal spice and brandy-soaked cherry wood chips added to it. Loads of aromatic spices, with sweet figs balanced by piney notes from the juniper. More sticky dried fruit and velvety sherry influence linger alongside candied orange citrus.
Can be enjoyed neat, or with tonic but we prefer it with a seasonal twist on some cocktails such as a `Negroni`.

15ml Mancino Rosso Vermouth
2 dashes Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters
