Patron Reposado Tequila
Patrón Reposado is aged in oak for at least two months, imparting subtle layers of woody sweetness while not losing any of that fresh agave brightness. Each bottle is hand filled, signed and uniquely numbered – a great sipping Tequila, this also makes a fantastic Margarita. On the nose oak wood, light fresh agave and a hint of citrus. Smooth and sweet palate with an excellent balance of fresh agave and oak wood, with notes of fruit citrus and honey. Light, floral and vanilla finish.
Patron Tequila
John Paul DeJoria and Martin Crowley are the two chaps behind the Patron Tequila brand. Their story starts in 1989 when they came together with a mission of creating the best tequila in the world. The Patron Spirits Company (formerly known as St. Maarten Spirits) grew and grew from the introduction of Patron Tequila. Ed Brown, who had formerly worked with Seagram’s, joined in 2000, helping to further establish the brand as a premium product with his “Simply Perfect” campaign. As the demand for their tasty tequila rose, the company built their own huge distillery in Jalisco in 2002. Also, Lil Jon was featured in a song called `Patron Tequila`, which is pretty cool.
