Mozart White Liqueur
This rich, indulgent White Chocolate Vanilla Cream Liqueur comes to us from Mozart, produced in Salzburg, Austria (the very same city that the legendary composer Mozart was born in - what a coincidence!). It`s made using a combination of fresh cream, sugarcane distillate, cocoa butter and Madagascan bourbon vanilla. Enjoy over ice with a sliced strawberry for garnish and you`ll have done well. On the nose is creamy, caramel-rich nose with hints of vanilla and salty butter. Buttery, creamy palate. Custard, cocoa butter, thick white chocolate and melting ice-cream. The finish is sweet, syrupy finish.
A superb addition to any back bar, best enjoyed chilled or over ice.
