Martini Bianco
A medium dry vermouth from Martini. This is flavoured with white wine, Alpine herbs and vanilla and is slightly sweeter because of it. First released during the 1910s. Martini Bianco Vermouth, made from white wines, is graced with extracts of aromatic herbs and flowers that give it a unique base. Beneath its delicate innocence, Martini Bianco hides a wealth of flavour with notes of vanilla and citrus seducing the palate with an intense yet sweet, rounded smoothness
Martini & Rossi
The company is named after businessman Alessandro Martini and distiller Luigi Rossi, though it wasn’t always. The company was previously known as Martini, Sola & Cia from 1863 until 1879 - the name was changed when their third partner, accountant Teofilo Sola, died. Over the years they have produced and owned a wide variety of products, from wine to gin, vodka to fernet, but they are arguably most famous for their selection of vermouth. In 1993, the company merged with Bacardi, creating the Bacardi Martini Group.
