Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin
Ki No Bi is the first release from the Kyoto Distillery. Made using a rice spirit base infused with locally-sourced ingredients - the likes of yuzu, hinoki wood chips, bamboo leaves, green sansho and gyokuro tea. The botanicals are split into six flavour groups (Base, Citrus, Tea, Spice, Fruity & Floral and Herbal), and each group is distilled individually before being blended together. Floral and aromatic with refreshing yuzu standing out. Subtly earthy, oak-y elements develop, joined by a kick of ginger.
An incredible gin, great in a gin and tonic or in cocktails. We like it in a riff on a classic `White Lady` cocktail.

20ml Cointreau
10ml Monin Yuzu Puree
10ml Gomme Syrup
5ml Lemon Juice
3 Dashes Ms Betters Bitters Foamer
Garnished with A Lemon Zest twist.
