Giffard Creme De Mure
Made by infusing blackberries with alcohol, with nothing else added except water and sugar. Giffard`s Crème de Mure is rich and wonderfully fresh in flavour.
Best enjoyed with still or sparkling wine, or in a cocktail.

45ml Woodford Reserve Bourbon
15ml Giffard Créme De Muré
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Gomme Syrup
Garnish with a mint sprig & 3 raspberries.
