Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin
Herbaceous with hints of bay and rosemary up front, earthy juniper, softly vegetal richness of olive, a touch of bright lemon and lavender tucked away underneath it all.
A very unique style of gin, the olive leaf and olive oil add a great savoury note to the gin. This works best as a gin and tonic garnished with olives or a martini really allowing the spirit to come thourgh. Great as a pre-dinner aperitif.
